AIP Foundation Scholarship Application
To benefit from the scholarship grants we provide to young people and children through our supporters:
- Please complete all the following application documents fully and accurately.
- Send your documents to info@aipvakfi.org to make your preliminary application.
- Your application eligibility will be evaluated, and our social services team will contact you.
REQUIRED INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- A photograph of yourself
- Your application letter introducing yourself (including your resume and reasons for needing the scholarship)
- Family background
- Your Criminal Record Certificate
- Income status (Number of earners in the household and total income)
- Received aids (Social assistance; municipal aid, scholarships, etc.)
- Proof of residence (Individuals living in the household)
- Income statement for adult individuals (Parents, siblings, yourself)
- Property deed records for adult individuals (Parents, siblings, yourself)
- Student document and latest report card/transcript
- KYK Scholarship Inquiry (e-Government)
- Document regarding your special circumstances (such as being a disaster survivor, disability status, etc.)
PLEASE NOTE!
- Incomplete applications will be considered invalid.
- Please ensure all documents are complete before submission.
- Only applications submitted via email will be evaluated.
- Applications submitted via phone will not be considered.
- All applications are evaluated in the order they are received by the AIP Foundation Social Services Team.
