Water Wells

LET'S MULTIPLY SOCIAL BENEFITS TOGETHER

Did you know that nearly 300 million people in Africa lack access to the most basic necessity, water? This means that a population equivalent to 3.5 times that of our country walks an average of 6 kilometers daily to meet their clean water needs or resorts to consuming contaminated water.

What are we doing for areas without access to water?
  • With our dedicated team working tirelessly to ensure every individual worldwide can access their basic needs, we are constructing water wells and reservoirs in Kenya/Nairobi and Togo to alleviate the harm caused by hunger and thirst in local communities.
  • We reduce electricity costs by installing solar panels.
  • In regions where the high costs of digging water wells due to depth are prohibitive, we create water reservoirs for agriculture.
  • Our goal is to better meet the vital water needs crucial for both human bodies and soil by integrating water wells with goodness farms established in the same areas.
What does a water well mean for an individual?
For those who can access desired amounts of water simply by turning on a faucet, a water well may not hold significant meaning. However, for those striving to alleviate hunger through water, a water well becomes a source of immense joy. Hygienic conditions ensured by water prevent child deaths. Basic needs such as laundry, dishwashing, and food preparation are met without issues.
Equipped with pumps and 5000-liter water tanks, our water wells have improved the quality of life for approximately 10,500 people, which brings us great happiness. We are already excited about the prospective increase to 13,000 beneficiaries upon completion of the wells currently under construction.
As AIP Foundation, we are determined to increase the number of water wells we provide in Africa because thousands of people still await our help with hope and desperation.
